Nikon launches sponsorship of Copa Kia do Brasil 2012.

Major Brazilian soccer event Copa Kia do Brasil 2012 kicks off in March with 64 top teams from Brazil taking part.

The event, which runs through July, is expected to attract a huge audience, as winning teams will qualify for the Copa Libertadores the following year.

The Nikon logo will be conspicuous around the pitch, while Nikon do Brasil Ltda.'s digital camera TVC will be displayed on the venue's giant screen.

The games will be broadcast worldwide including Brazil.
